Step inside our imagination for a moment of escapism and magic. On the edge of the Amalfi coast, where the breeze smells of salt and citrus, the Saint Aymes Beachside Pop-Up emerges like a dream etched in buttercream. The scene is framed in soft yellow and ivory stripes, a visual lullaby of summer. Soft jazz spills from the speakers, dancing with the sound of waves as guests recline on sun loungers beneath lemon trees and golden parasols.

This is Beachside Butter Bliss — an SS25 seasonal concept inspired by the eternal glamour of la dolce vita. A modern homage to coastal Italy, this Saint Aymes café installation embodies sunshine in both spirit and palette.

Design Notes: A Café Drenched in Light

The design philosophy is simple: bottle summer. Inspired by Sicilian lemon groves, Roman mosaics, and Riviera nostalgia, every detail celebrates warmth, elegance, and sensory indulgence.

At the centre lies a hand-tiled Roman mosaic floor, inscribed with the Saint Aymes name, bordered in a classical Greek key motif in saffron gold and cream. Lounge chairs are upholstered in vintage yellow cabana stripes, with bespoke parasols crowned in silky fringe for a playful nod to Italian glamour

Olive trees and lemon boughs spill from antique urns, flanking a striped bar that gleams with silver coffee canisters, frosted glass, and chilled aperitifs. Every element is curated to spark serenity — a café as much as a mood.
