Our 24ct gold menu of decadent drinks in tribute to our first chocolates was the crown in the Saint Aymes multi-dimensional experience. The Saint Aymes cafe quickly became a London landmark, featuring on BBC, ITV, Channel 5, Japan News Network, Marie Claire, Time Out.

In 2024, Saint Aymes evolved beyond bricks-and-mortar beginnings to embrace the freedom of global pop-ups — curating immersive, design-led experiences arriving in Osaka Japan, Fukuoka Japan and Abu Dhabi UAE. Each activation invites a new audience to step inside the world of Saint Aymes.
